Like its sequel, it is also set in the world of Calradia, which is a realm that suffers from constant warfare and strife. Warband brings Mount and Blade into a new generation of graphical fidelity with features like HDR, and FSAA, as well as brand new models and textures throughout. It also introduces the ability to win the favor of a woman of the realm, either through flowery language or physical combat.
