Remember the glorious shriek of dial-up as you downloaded DOOM WADs for the original DOOM? Or how your biggest medieval quest was making it through King’s Quest on five floppies? Well, unearth your rage (and perhaps some chainmail), because it’s time to BECOME THE SLAYER IN A MEDIEVAL WAR AGAINST HELL with DOOM: The Dark Ages!

Before the Praetor Suit got its Wi-Fi, the Slayer was no doubt forging his legend the medieval way. He’s about to REIGN IN HELL with classics like the Super Shotgun and new bone-gnashers like the Shield Saw. You’ll STAND AND FIGHT and DISCOVER UNKNOWN REALMS more brutal than any pixelated monsters of your youth.

Now, naturally, the Slayer himself probably just growls really menacingly and demons explode. But for us mere humans; we might need a reminder of which button unleashes that holy anger… So here’s your handy-dandy scroll of Default Controls. Get ready to go medieval on their… er, you know.

Move forward: W

Move back: S

Strafe left: A

Strafe right: D

Jump: Space

Sprint: Shift

Fire weapon: Left Click

Block with shield: Right Click

Throw shield: R

Shield bash: Hold Right Click then Left Click
