Disabling FPS Cap
So first, go to Outlast 2 config folder located at:
C:/Users/*USERNAME*/Documents/My Games/Outlast2/OLGame/Config
Then open file OLEngine.ini using any text editor and follow the instructions.
1-) Search for “bSmoothFrameRate”
Change value to “true”
2-) Search for “MinSmoothedFrameRate”
Change value to “0”
3-) Search for “MaxSmoothedFrameRate”
Change value to “0”
