You turn crafting material into ammo you go to the region’s recreator.

Many resource locations respawn over time though at different rates. If you haven’t been near an area in a while it’s worth checking to see if there is more.

Green Helidium – Plentiful and found around edges of buildings, hills, or almost any edge.

Red Helidium – Rarer and generally only in small quantities. Found in hard to see/ get to places or in dangerous areas.

Metal – Found around rocky areas – The area where you first enter Shamazaar is a good early spot.

Shells – Found underwater – Moats around the temple Fae in Shamazaar are a good spot.

Rammu – Purple plants are generally found around water.

Mool – Krakit’s salivary gland – Kill Krakit (spiders).

Fae Tree Fruit – The shown Fae tree in Shamazaar is the only one outside of the region of Okaar.
