Do you know what I wanted to be when I was a kid? A wizard. I was growing up at just the perfect time to catch the wave of Harry Potter mania that was sweeping the globe in the early 2000s, and the franchise has pretty much always had a place in my heart as it has for many other people.

The issue was, being immersed in this world was kind of limited. Sure there were movies, books, and video games all over the place, but none of them really did what I wanted them to do, which was to give me free reign of the wizarding world, allowing me to explore it freely and learn more about its hidden secrets.

Now, over 20 years later, that dream is coming true. When Hogwarts Legacy hits store shelves, it will feature an expansive, open world filled with creatures and characters from my childhood, and it will give me a free pass to interact with everything however I want, and I couldn’t be more excited. When I’m out taking a stroll through Hogsmeade or riding a broom over the countryside, I’m probably going to need to know all of the game’s controls. Thankfully, this resource exists, so you can quickly reference this whenever you need a refresher for Xbox and PlayStation controls.
