It can happen, that you somehow forget to build parts back in, you had to take them out in order to reach the part which was in need of repair. The game doesn’t always tell you the missing parts so it is best to look into your inventory and set the sorting to “by arrival”. Then you can check the parts which were most recently added to your Inventory. Parts that are in a rather healthy state are probably the ones that you forgot to put back in.
