Villagers – Land of the Vikings
Villagers can be obtained from new borns and events. Each villager has their special characteristics and their dependent abilities. Skills can change the productivity of villagers’ work.
There are currently 22 different characteristics in the game: artist, strong, weak, genius, clever, stupid, hardworking, lazy, brave, coward, barbaric, cunning, quarrelsome, worker, charismatic, ugly, fertile, athletic, giant, dwarf, fat, thin.
Skills: Character abilities vary according to villagers’ characteristics, age, and health.
Lucky: More successful in jobs such as gatherer, fisherman, and herdsman.
Strong: More successful in jobs such as woodcutter, stonecutter, builder, shipbuilder, and miner.
Speed: More successful in jobs such as farmer, marketer, and warehouseman.
Intelligence: More successful in jobs such as hunter, weaver, blacksmith, and herbalist.
Health: The lower the villagers’ health, the higher their death rate. Food: Villagers get hungry as they work and time passes.
Happiness: Unhappy villagers may leave the village, riot, or even end the game.
Sleep: Villagers get tired as they work and time passes, then they go home to rest.
Tools: The quality of the tools in the hands of the villagers affects their working speed.
Clothes: Villagers’ clothes affect their speed of work and happiness in winter.
Each villager has his lineage. Villagers’ names are chosen randomly, but their surnames include their father’s name.
Each family can have a certain number of children depending on age, characteristics, illness, and happiness.
