Since this game is in UE4, you can turn off Depth of Field in an ini file.

 

Edit the file

C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Octopath_Traveler\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini

 

add:

[SystemSettings]
r.DepthOfFieldQuality=0

 

Close & save the file, enjoy.
