EA Sports FC 24: How to Get the Captain’s Armband in Career Mode

So you wanna be the big boss on the pitch, huh? You wanna wear that sweet captain’s armband and lead your squad to glory? Well you’ve come to the right place. Here’s the lowdown on how to get the captain armband in EA Sports FC 24.

Method 1

1. Keep a Cool Head

You can’t be runnin’ wild out there. Captains have got to be cool as a cucumber, showin’ that maturity, level-headedness, and initiative. You think you got those vibes? Good.

2. Be Loyal, Be a Leader

Ain’t no captain jumping ship at the first sight of trouble. Show loyalty to your club, just like Messi sticking with his team. Get that leadership trait, and you’re one step closer to the armband.

3. One Club Wonder

You gotta be a one club man or woman! Stick with your team and never switch over, just like you wouldn’t trade your homies for some strangers. It’s about that lifelong commitment.

4. Team Player

Put the squad before yourself. Be a team player and prioritize your crew’s interests. You’ll be handling your own storyline in Career mode, so make sure to keep it real.

5. RNG – Roll with the Punches

Now here’s the wild card. The game’s AI might pick the captain, and it might not be you. Kinda like when your friend picks the last slice of pizza without asking. But, you can still up your chances by playing by the rules and bein’ the best candidate for the armband.

6. In-Game Performance

Don’t slack on the pitch. Put in those top-tier performances game after game. Score goals, make assists, defend like a wall – the better you play, the closer you are to that armband.

Method 2

Kick It Off: Hit up the main menu, slide over to that gear icon, and click it.

Build Your Player: Scroll down to ‘Create Player’ and get to work. Male or female, it’s all good.

Name and Team Sheet: Wanna switch up the name? Go for it. When you’re set, hit ‘Advance’ and crack open those team sheets.

Find Your Player: Head to your teams sheet and start the hunt for your player. Found ’em? Sweet! Time to swap ’em in.

Captain Time: If the captain’s armband doesn’t pop over, no sweat. Hit the right button or slide your mouse to ‘Roles.’ Hand over that captain role, hit ‘Yes’, and bam! You are the captain of your team now..
