Use a wardrobe to change your outfit!

In the farmhouse, there is a wardrobe. Taking an item of clothing from your body, putting it into your inventory, and then re-equipping it should award the achievement. You can also purchase items of clothing from Buttons, and your pet will sometimes bring you things if kept happy.
