Remnant: From the Ashes – Smolder Sword (Dragon Fire Sword) Location

You will first need to fight the boss called Singe. It’s a Dragon that breathes fire and has a weakness in its chest.

You need to specifically target its tail and keep targeting it until its tail falls off. Once that happens, you need to kill him, and once he’s dead, he will drop the Dragon Links material.

Head over to Ward 13 after this is done. Look for McCabe, talk to her, and she will craft the weapon for you. It costs you the Dragon Links material and 7 Lumenite Crystal.
