Railroad Corporation 2 PC Keyboard Controls

Check out this guide for a complete rundown of all the default keyboard controls and hotkeys for playing Railroad Corporation 2 on PC. While there aren’t a ton of hotkeys, this list has them all, making it super handy for a quick refresher whenever you need it!!

Default PC Keyboard Controls & Hotkeys

Camera Movement: Use ‘W’, ‘A’, ‘S’, ‘D’ or the Arrow Keys to move the camera around.

Select: Click with the Left Mouse Button to select items.

Rotate Camera Left/Right: Press ‘Q’ to rotate left and ‘E’ to rotate right.

Zoom In: Use ‘R’ or scroll up with the Mouse Wheel.

Zoom Out: Use ‘F’ or scroll down with the Mouse Wheel.

Pause Game: Hit the Space Bar to pause the game.

Hide Minimap: Press ‘F3’ to hide the minimap.

Quicksave: Save your progress quickly by pressing ‘F5’.

Quickload: Load a previous save swiftly with ‘F9’.

Cancel/Back: Press ‘ESC’ to cancel or go back.

Switch Signal Types: Use ‘TAB’ to toggle between one-way and two-way signal types.

Build Electrified Roads: Press ‘J’ to construct roads that are already electrified.

Snap Road to Fixed Angles: Press ‘H’ to align roads at 90 or 45-degree angles.

Show Grid and Snap to Cells: Hit ‘G’ to display a grid and snap to its cells.

Snap to Parallel Road Guide: Hold ‘ALT’ to align roads parallel to existing ones.

Hold Road Direction: Keep ‘SHIFT’ pressed to maintain the road’s direction while building.

Change Road Cursor Level: Use ‘Ctrl’ + Mouse Scroll to adjust the road cursor’s elevation.

Delete Road Segment: Hover over a road segment with your mouse cursor and click to remove it.
