Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus – How to Unlock Secret ‘Riverside’ Mission

When you complete ALL the single Ubercommander assassination missions and collect ALL the Death Cards (except the last one) you will unlock the secret ‘Riverside’ mission on the War Room map. This map is not like the others and when you reach the final area of the mission you will have a good view of the Statue Of Liberty ruins.

What does “the last one” mean? That I shouldn’t take the death card of the last commander I kill? How will I know who’s the last one? Please elaborate.
