So you went with Mandragora. You saw ‘Soulslike combat,’ ‘nightmarish bosses,’ ‘brutal battles’ and thought, ‘Yeah, that’s going to be a blast.’ Bold choice. Respect.

But hold off on the rage-quits and controller-wall impacts for just a moment. Let’s start simple. Learning how to dodge, parry, and actually aim your attacks will take you much farther than blind button-mashing and wishing (usually).

This guide covers the basics so your initial experience in Faelduum sucks a little less. Pay attention, Inquisitor. Faelduum really doesn’t need you accidentally sheathing your weapon in the middle of a boss battle.

PC Keyboard Controls

Movement & Basic Controls

Move: W / A / S / D

Sprint: ALT + A / D OR F + A / D

Jump: Spacebar

Duck: Hold S

Roll: A / D + Left Shift

Fast Slide-down on Ladder: Hold S + Spacebar
