Staff Experience

Staff come with various levels. A one star staff member is slower and prone to mistakes, and will only have one slot available for traits. They are also the cheapest to hire. You can hire staff with more experience, or train them to increase their level and title, which then increases how many traits they can have.

Staff gain experience by doing their job. Staff will start at a minimum of one star. To improve, they need to accumulate:

2 stars:

3 stars: 250 XP

4 stars: 600 XP

5 stars: 1000 XP

Once at level 5: 2000 XP
