The SpaceBourne series is what happens when one developer decides the galaxy just isn’t big enough… and builds a new one anyway. Packed with star systems, pirates, politics, laser battles, and loot drops bigger than your cargo hold, this indie space sim throws you into a sandbox so massive it feels like your to-do list just gained its own orbit.

Fly your ship, blast bad guys, mine space rocks, become a trader, start a faction, or just ignore everything and explore. You can even go full space emperor if you play your dialogue trees right (and don’t get nuked by a rival faction). Oh, and did we mention you can fight on foot too? Yeah. Spaceships and guns. It’s chaos, in the best way.

Is it a little janky? Absolutely. But that’s part of the charm. It’s like someone mashed together Freelancer, Mass Effect, and X4, added a dash of “what if I just did everything?” and launched it into orbit.
