Every control option on the PS4 version of Death Stranding. You can customize the key bindings in the options menu. Simply navigate to Options > Controls from the main menu of the game.
What buttons do what on my PS4 controller? What are the default key bindings?

| D-pad up | Select equipment |
| D-pad right | Select tools |
| D-pad down | Select structure |
| D-pad left | Select items |
| L1 | Enter compass mode |
| L2 | Left hand action |
| R1 | Scan terrain |
| R2 | Right hand action |
| L3 | Move/Sprint with hold |
| R3 | Move camera/switch camera perspective |
| Touchpad | Call out |
