Monster Prom 4: Monster Con – Icebreakers Guide (Likes, Favorites, Stat Bonuses & Romance Tips)

In Monster Prom 4: Monster Con, your Favorites & Likes options at the beginning directly impact your starting stats and which characters are more likely to appear. This guide describes how it all works, based on internal game file data only.

How Stats Work

There are five visible statistics mentioned in the data:

Charm

Fun

Creativity

Boldness

Smarts

Each Favorite and Like you select provide bonuses to specific stats:

Each Like: +1 to a particular stat

Favorites (3 options):

First choice: +8

Second: +5

Third: +4

Some options are also linked to specific characters. Picking them makes that character more likely to appear.

How to Use Likes

Each Like entry is linked to:

One stat boost

One or more characters

If you want to romance a specific character or increase a specific stat, choose Likes accordingly.

Example:

Like: “Step on Me”

Stat: Fun

Character: Omen

Grants +1 Fun and increases Omen’s encounter rate.

Final Tips

Want to max a stat? Stack Likes and Favorites that award that one stat.

Want to make friends with a particular character? Select Likes that are related to them and take note of their favorite stat.

Favorites yield the highest stat bonuses. Use them to direct your overall build.
