How to Use the Food in Shenmue 3

To eat in Shenmue 3, first press R1 on PS4 to access the food menu. This will display all the various food items in your inventory.

Once you have chosen the food you want to consume, interact with it and select “Yes” to use the selected item. This will restore your character’s endurance, allowing you to continue engaging in combat without worrying about stamina depletion.
