The Way of the Berserker quest can be accessed after founding your settlement in England.

 

To start the quest:

 

• Enter the longhouse in Ravensthrope.

 

• Go to Eivor’s room.

 

• Open your letterbox.

 

• Read the letter from Norvid

 

Once you read the letter, the quest should appear in your quest log.
